this area?

Jorgensen:

I personally have not seen any
reports regarding the subsidence in
this area.

Franklin:

Hedding:

Jorgensen:

Hedding:

The reference for subsidence risk is
a study performed under the auspices
of the State of Colorado and Boulder
County by Dames & Moore for the
entire Louisville and Lafayette
areas. On the maps it identifies no
under mining or subsidence risk in
this area. That is the reference we
use when we look at development
applications.

The drainage report or the erosion
control plan, is this something in
progress or you refer to some plan
that had been done in earlier years?
Is this available for us to look at?

The storm water management plan
which I referred to is a recent
requirement of the State. Normally,
the City of Louisville, in addition,
requires an erosion control plan to
go along with the over lot grading
plan. The requirements of the storm
water control plan is that you
submit it 10 days prior to any
construction and they review and
approve your plan.

In regard to your opening comments
about the access to South Boulder
Road, I don't see how you could have
this development without that
access. Do you plan to have a
traffic light or has one ever been
discussed for that location?

Jorgensen:

In Planning Commission this was
brought up and at that time the
staff did not feel there was any
warrant for a signal at that
location given the traffic counts.

Hornbostel:

On the document Sheffield Homes gave
us there was a letter, which
referred to some items that had

23
