Hornbostel: review. The staff has reviewed that to make sure that we meet current drainage requirements. As far as detention, this is an overall master planned drainage facility. The detention that now exists within the City open space not only benefits the existing Hillsborough West development and the proposed Ridgeview development, but it also is a protection for the downstream drainage way. That's why this drainage pond is triple the size of what would be required. I don't see how that going to serve lots 1 - 9. Jorgensen: In lots 1 - 9, we will provide a swale, which will go along Davidson Ditch. This water will eventually end up in the detention facilities. Most of that will be just your rear lot drainage, which is primarily insignificant and will be much less than what you see right now. What's going to happen in the drainage facility is that you'll have a storm piping system, which is in the street system itself. This will follow all along West Willow Street and will access through the 30 ft. drainage easement underneath the ditch and into the existing detention pond. Currently, everything on the hillside runs off into the ditch and eventually into the detention pond. What we will be doing by grading this area and providing the storm piping system is that only this area, lots 1 - 9, only the rear lots will be going that direction now. Hornbostel: I'm concerned about the access to South Boulder Road. The hill is so steep that it's very difficult to stop even in the best weather at the bottom of the hill.
