the recommendations and the thinking
as expressed by the Planning
Commission, the intent of the
Planning Commission?

Russ VanNostrand, Planning Commission, stated that there hasn't
been a tremendous amount of change between what was done at the
final PUD for the Planning Commission and what Council is now
looking at.

Hornbostel:

On note "K" on the phasing, due to
the fact that amendment No. 6 didn't
pass last night and there have been
statements made by the School
District that they didn't plan to go
to go for a Bond Issue, if Amendment
No. 6 didn't pass.
