Intent: Planning Area 2 is intended to be a stand-alone neighborhood within Takoda, and will increase the <br />diversity of housing types within the community. <br />2. The planning area will be organized around a public park space, known within this document as Takoda <br />Park. Takoda Park will be dedicated to the City of Louisville upon final plat approval. <br />3. The area adjacent to Blocks 12, 13, 14, and 15 located in Outlot 5 (extending from the block/park <br />boundary up to and inclusive of the sidewalk shown on the Takoda Final Development Plan) shall be <br />maintained by the H.O.A. or the adjacent property owner. <br />4. Uses Allowed by Right: Residential dwelling units as well as uses permitted in City of Louisville PCZD <br />planning area (Sec. 17.72.080, Louisville City Code). <br />5. Maximum building height is 40'. Building height measured from average finish grade to the ridgeline of <br />the roof. <br />6.
