O. Consistent with the recommendations in the Impact Fee Study, the City by this <br />Ordinance intends to discontinue collection of Impact Fees for Municipal Capital <br />Facilities and Recreation Capital Facilities, effective on' and after the effective date of this <br />Ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Ordinance desires to adopt an updated schedule of <br />development Impact Fees consistent with the findings of the Impact Fee Study and amend certain <br />other provisions of the Chapter 3 18 of the Code in connection with the City's five-year review <br />of the Impact Fee system, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Subsections A, B, C, D and E of Section 3.18.020; Subsections C, H, M <br />and 0 of Section 3.18.030, and Subsection C 1 and C 2.(b) of Section 3 18 040, are hereby <br />amended to strike wherever appeanng in such provisions the phrase "municipal capital facilities, <br />library capital facilities, transportation capital facilities, parks and trails capital facilities, and <br />recreation capital facilities" and to insert in place thereof the phrase "library capital facilities, <br />transportation capital facilities, and parks and trails capital facilities." <br />Section 2. Subsections F, J, K, N and P of Section 3 18.030 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows (words deleted are s ckea-through; <br />words added are underlined) <br />Sec. 3.18.030 Definitions. <br />For the purposes of this Chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings. <br />F. <br />City's road system.
