No more than one such <br />motor vehicle may be an inoperable vehicle as defined in section 8 16 040 D 1 of <br />this code. <br />C. No minimum setbacks are required for motor vehicles from adjoining <br />propert lines. <br />DB. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be <br />punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission <br />in violation of this section shall t-e deemed a separate violation and for each <br />calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be <br />deemed to have been committed. <br />Section 2. Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the <br />addition of a new section 17.20.165, to read'. as follows: <br />Sec. 17.20.165. Parking of recreational vehicles and trailers. <br />A. Residential Areas: Recreational vehicles and trailers may be parked in <br />residential zone districts subject to the following requirements: <br />1. Total maximum number allowed: A maximum combined total of two <br />of the following may be parked or stored on a residential lot outside of a fully <br />enclosed structure: <br />• Recreational vehicle <br />• Boat <br />• Trailer <br />• Boat on a trailer. <br />2. Number' within front yard setback: No more than one recreational <br />vehicle or trailer maybe parked or stored in the front yard setback. <br />2 <br />
