Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission in violation of this section shall t-e deemed a separate violation and for each calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be deemed to have been committed. Section 2. Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new section 17.20.165, to read'. as follows: Sec. 17.20.165. Parking of recreational vehicles and trailers. A. Residential Areas: Recreational vehicles and trailers may be parked in residential zone districts subject to the following requirements: 1. Total maximum number allowed: A maximum combined total of two of the following may be parked or stored on a residential lot outside of a fully enclosed structure: • Recreational vehicle • Boat • Trailer • Boat on a trailer. 2. Number' within front yard setback: No more than one recreational vehicle or trailer maybe parked or stored in the front yard setback. 2
