The bank
building is proposed on the north end of the 3.81 acre site of the redevelopment
of the former State Farm Adjustment Center, located at the corner of Centennial
Parkway and South McCaslin Boulevard.
Access to the bank is provided primarily by a right-in, right-out access point from
South McCaslin. A sidewalk was added to the plan to connect the front of the bank
building to the sidewalk along South McCaslin. The overall site plan provides
152 parking spaces, with 19 spaces dedicated to the use of Key Bank.
The Key Bank building will be a one-story with a pedestrian entrance facing
South McCaslin and the drive-through services area located at the back (west
side) of the building. The materials and colors proposed are complimentary to
the existing building and will contribute to creating an architectural design
connection between the two buildings on the site. The location for the monument
sign for Key Bank is at the northeast corner of the site. The Planning
