4/17/84 Page -11- <br />Attorney Silverstein Commented he would like this information also, <br /> as i:o what the reason was for denial. Mr. <br /> Silverstein stated that perhaps what occurred <br /> a yE~ar ago may be inappropriate to discuss <br /> at 1=his time. He questioned whether it was <br /> appropriate for council to say that they <br /> wished to keep this as open space as a buffer <br /> between other areas. <br /> Mr. Wurl advised the agreement dealt with <br /> the water tap and there may have been a sep- <br /> arate one dealing with the annexation and <br /> the building permit issue by the County. <br />TROUSIL REQUEST TABLED Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman John- <br /> son seconded that this item be tabled and <br /> direct staff to come up with an analysis and <br /> r.ec~ommendation. Question called for. All <br /> in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The R. E. Trousil request to be placed on <br /> the May lst Agenda. <br />DAVID ENLOW - ANNEXATION Councilmembers had a copy of Mr. Enlow's <br /> letter requesting annexation of a lot on <br /> Continental View Drive, consisting of 1 <br /> acre, which they wished to subdivide and <br /> build two homes - one for him and the other <br /> for a member of their family. Council was <br /> also provided with a map of the area and <br /> photos of homes they are proposing. <br />REFERRED TO THE PLANNING Councilman Leary moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br />COMMISSIONS FOR REVIEW AND that the Enlow annexation request be referred <br />RECOMMENDATION to the Planning Commission for their review <br /> and recommendation. <br />Councilwoman Morris Wi:~hed to compliment Mr. Enlow on the amount <br /> of information provided for council. <br /> Question called for on the motion. All in <br /> favor.
