4/17/84 Page -14- <br />Owners of the liquor establishment were <br />pre:~ent and heard the concerns of Mayor <br />and Councilmembers. <br />MOTION WITHDRAWN Councilwoman Morris withdrew her motion <br />with the understanding that council was <br />satisfied that the 1'~~'ter would address <br />the concerns. <br />Councilman Cussen Concurred with Councilwoman Morris that <br />there was concern with councilmembers and <br />residents of the City when liquor establish- <br />menlts have numerous incident reports, and <br />hopefully the owners will realize this <br />wil:1 not be tolerated in the future, and <br />that the license will be revoked. <br />APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded <br />that the Track Inn Liquor License be renewed <br />and that a letter of warning be sent to the <br />owners of the establishment of their concerns. <br />Councilman Leary Commented to him the most serious violation <br />was the failure to report and wished to make <br />this clear.. That is the one that Council is <br />most strict about and wanted this to be stated <br />in the letter. <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RECESS Mayor Meier called a recess at 8:48 P.M. <br />Meeting reconvened at 9:02P.M. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance, <br />ORDINANCE #824 - HOMART RE- City Council Summary dated April 17, 1984, <br />ZONING - PUBLIC HEARING Land Allocation dated 4/9/84, map of the <br />General Development Plan, and transcript <br />of the Planning Commission minutes dated <br />April 10, 1984. The new agreement was <br />al~;o provided from Homart under separate <br />cover. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only and certified proper publication. <br />PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- <br />lication of the public hearing notices. <br />
