4/17/84 Page -14- Owners of the liquor establishment were pre:~ent and heard the concerns of Mayor and Councilmembers. MOTION WITHDRAWN Councilwoman Morris withdrew her motion with the understanding that council was satisfied that the 1'~~'ter would address the concerns. Councilman Cussen Concurred with Councilwoman Morris that there was concern with councilmembers and residents of the City when liquor establish- menlts have numerous incident reports, and hopefully the owners will realize this wil:1 not be tolerated in the future, and that the license will be revoked. APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded that the Track Inn Liquor License be renewed and that a letter of warning be sent to the owners of the establishment of their concerns. Councilman Leary Commented to him the most serious violation was the failure to report and wished to make this clear.. That is the one that Council is most strict about and wanted this to be stated in the letter. Question called for on the motion. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. RECESS Mayor Meier called a recess at 8:48 P.M. Meeting reconvened at 9:02P.M. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance, ORDINANCE #824 - HOMART RE- City Council Summary dated April 17, 1984, ZONING - PUBLIC HEARING Land Allocation dated 4/9/84, map of the General Development Plan, and transcript of the Planning Commission minutes dated April 10, 1984. The new agreement was al~;o provided from Homart under separate cover. Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only and certified proper publication. PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- lication of the public hearing notices.
