All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus requested an executive <br />session after the meeting, concerning acqui- <br />sition of land. <br />Councilmembers had a copy of a letter from <br />David Holm of the Colorado Mined Land Recla- <br />mation Division and potential scope of <br />work, for the Louisville/Lafayette subsidence <br />investigation. <br />Acting City Administrator Rupp stated the <br />Colorado Mined Land Division is interested <br />in knowing if the City of Louisville would <br />like more information on subsurface mined <br />cond.iitions within the City. There is no <br />cost. to the City other than some staff time <br />to look at our files, maps, etc. (A map <br />of inactive mines of Colorado was also <br />provided councilmembers). <br />
