If additional pamphlets were needed <br />Ms. Kudebeh stated that they should write <br />Judy Richards at the State Health Dept. or <br />call 320-4180 and she will be happy to supply <br />thE~se. <br />License Plate Monitoring Acting City Administrator Rupp inquired of <br />Ms.. Kudebeh who would be moritoring the license <br />plates - would be it people from the State? <br />She; replied that the people who will be <br />doing the license monitoring and traffic <br />counts will be those from the municipalities <br />anti counties; then correlated by the State <br />Highway Dept. It is their contribution to <br />the: effort and they have had phenomenal <br />success with people donating their staff and <br />time to the program. <br />Mayor Meier requested that Ms. Kudebeh pro- <br />vid'.e the Louisville Times with a news re- <br />lease on the Better Air Compaign. <br />Funding of the Program In reply to Councilwoman Johnson's question <br />as to whom was funding the program, Ms. <br />Kudebeh replied from the Federal EPA program <br />and the State Highway Dept. amounting to <br />$700,000. <br />City to Support Better Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman John- <br />Air Campaign son seconded that the Louisville City Council <br />support this and urge the citizens of Louis- <br />ville to support the Better Air Campaign. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RECESS Mayor Meier called a recess at 7:57 P.M. <br />while the equipment for the program was <br />removed. Meeting reconvened at 8:03 P.M. <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT Councilmembers had a copy of the agreement <br />(OPEN SPACE) BOULDER COUNTY/ and Attorney Rautenstraus had underlined <br />LAFAYETTE/LOUISVILLE the changes that had been made. <br />Acting City Administrator Rupp advised that <br />staff did have: an opportunity to meet with <br />
