10/16/84 Page -17- <br />:DINANCE N0. 847 - CENTENNIAL Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />VALLEY SUBDIVISION FILING #2 Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br />ROW VACATION on first reading and the request was for <br /> publication and that a public hearing be set. <br />PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cussen seconded <br /> that Ordinance No. 847 - Centennial Valley Sub- <br /> division Filing #2 ROW Vacation be published <br /> and that a public hearing be set for November <br /> 20, 1984. All in favor. Motion carried unan- <br /> imously. <br />RES~7LUTION NO. 25 - 1985 Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution <br />MILL LEVY and Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its en- <br /> tirety. <br />ADOPTION Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Johnson <br />seconded that Resolution No. 25 - 1985 Mill <br />Levy be adopted. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26 - THE Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution, <br />CENTER AT LOUISVILLE, FINAL memo from Planner John Lanterman, City Council <br />P.U.D./SPECIAL REVIEW USE Summary dated 10/16/84, letter from Norm Amy <br />of H.D. Faber & Assocates, Inc., letter from <br />DDS Robert Gorder, map showing the location <br />of the property, memo relating to the traffic <br />signal on Main St./Middle School, and an ex- <br />cerpt. from the .Planning Commission minutes per- <br />~~ tinent to this item. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution in <br />its entirety. <br />Acting City Administrator Rupp stated that <br />Mr. Norm Amy representing the applicant <br />W.D. Faber and Associates lived in Evergreen <br />and was unable to be present because of the <br />severe snowstorm this evening. It was his <br />hope that this would not defer his application <br />for approval. <br />Mr. Rupp gave a slide presentation showing <br />the location across the street - east of the <br />Middle School, zoned Commercial Neighborhood, <br />consisting of 14,400 sq.ft. One access point <br />is off Main St. and one is off Griffith St. <br />The access on Main St, has been changed to <br />right-turn in/out only to conform with Plan- <br />ning Commission's. recommendation. Drive widths <br />of 24' are required by the Fire District along <br />the south and east sides; access to the alley <br />is also provided to meet these requirements. <br />
