10/16/84 Page -19- ADOPTION Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Leary seconded that Resolution No. 27 - Blue Parrot Kitchen Addition - Final P.U.D. be adopted. Councilwoman Morris Wished to encourage Mr, Colacci to include a No Smoking section with the addition to the Blue Parrot Restaurant. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 28 - CEN- Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution, TENNIAL VALLEY SUBDIVISION general development map, letters from Vernon FILING #2 REPEAT Zurick, Alvin Kupfner, and Mr. W. R. Brooks, copy of the State Statutes Establishing Dis puted Boundaries, and excerpt of the Planning Commission minutes relating to this item. Attorney Rautenstraus read the .resolution in its entirety. Acting City Administrator Rupp stated that the applicant Homart Development Co. wished to replat and vacate some existing right-of- ways which. involve the realignment of Mc Casling Blvd., and Dillon Road. The plat also addresses those open space parcels that are to be conveyed to the City: Recreation Center 7.2 Harper Lake 15.94 Parcel Sl 84.8 Parcel S2 12.67 Parcel S3 34.05 Parcel K 144.5 299.16 acres The replat and open space dedications are in conformance with the approved Homart plan. Open space deeds are to be conveyed to the City after recording of the approved replat and approval of the vacation ordinances and compliance with all provisions as outlined in the escrow instructions. Location is north of U.S. 36 at the Superior Interchange and zoned Planned Community Zon- ing District. Staff and Planning Commission recommend approval of the replat. Councilwoman Morris Inquired what happened to the open space par- cel that borders Hillsborough West. Mr. Rupp replied that it wasn't included - it will come back when that parcel is platted
