10/16/84 Page -19- <br />ADOPTION Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Leary seconded <br />that Resolution No. 27 - Blue Parrot Kitchen <br />Addition - Final P.U.D. be adopted. <br />Councilwoman Morris Wished to encourage Mr, Colacci to include <br />a No Smoking section with the addition to <br />the Blue Parrot Restaurant. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 28 - CEN- Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution, <br />TENNIAL VALLEY SUBDIVISION general development map, letters from Vernon <br />FILING #2 REPEAT Zurick, Alvin Kupfner, and Mr. W. R. Brooks, <br />copy of the State Statutes Establishing Dis <br />puted Boundaries, and excerpt of the Planning <br />Commission minutes relating to this item. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the .resolution in <br />its entirety. <br />Acting City Administrator Rupp stated that <br />the applicant Homart Development Co. wished <br />to replat and vacate some existing right-of- <br />ways which. involve the realignment of Mc <br />Casling Blvd., and Dillon Road. The plat <br />also addresses those open space parcels that <br />are to be conveyed to the City: <br />Recreation Center 7.2 <br />Harper Lake 15.94 <br />Parcel Sl 84.8 <br />Parcel S2 12.67 <br />Parcel S3 34.05 <br />Parcel K 144.5 <br />299.16 acres <br />The replat and open space dedications are in <br />conformance with the approved Homart plan. <br />Open space deeds are to be conveyed to the <br />City after recording of the approved replat <br />and approval of the vacation ordinances and <br />compliance with all provisions as outlined <br />in the escrow instructions. <br />Location is north of U.S. 36 at the Superior <br />Interchange and zoned Planned Community Zon- <br />ing District. <br />Staff and Planning Commission recommend approval <br />of the replat. <br />Councilwoman Morris Inquired what happened to the open space par- <br />cel that borders Hillsborough West. <br />Mr. Rupp replied that it wasn't included - <br />it will come back when that parcel is platted <br />
