Councilman Luce Referred to the dedicated parcel for the Rec Center 7.2 acres, and inquired how the balance of that came into play? Mr. Rupp stated that had already been dedicated; this was an additional 7.2 acres. That actually was in the ownership of McStain. Dave Stahl, Representing Mr. Stahl advised that there was an additional Homart 2.8 acres that would be dedicated by McStain that is on the north side of the existing 20 acres. The total acreage would be approximately 30+ acres. Councilwoman Johnson Inquired if the property line dispute had been resolved, or is it still pending? Attorney Rautenstraus stated that it has not; but has nothing to do with this particular replat. Councilman Leary Commented - that other parcel of open space, is that in the agreement exempt from our six month agreement that the open space be deeded over. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that it was. He also stated that he would also mention to Mr. Shenk of Homart Development Co. that the time is growing short for the six month agree- ment that all open space would be deeded to the City to make certain it was accomplished. ADOPTION Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Resolution No. 28 - Centennial Valley Subdivision Filing #2 Replat be adopted. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. EXECUTIVE SESSION Attorney Rautenstraus requested that after Council Comments an executive session be called to discuss a property acquisition matter. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S Councilmembers had a copy of the bid tabula- REPORT tion and the recommendation was that the bid AWARD OF BID - SEWER JET be awarded to Western States Industries, Ltd. AND BACKHOE in the amount o.f $15,194.60 for the sewer jet.
