10/16/84 Page -20- <br />because they are not sure what can be developed <br />at this time. :Ct will not be eliminated. <br />Councilman Luce Referred to the dedicated parcel for the <br />Rec Center 7.2 acres, and inquired how the <br />balance of that came into play? <br />Mr. Rupp stated that had already been dedicated; <br />this was an additional 7.2 acres. That actually <br />was in the ownership of McStain. <br />Dave Stahl, Representing Mr. Stahl advised that there was an additional <br />Homart 2.8 acres that would be dedicated by McStain <br />that is on the north side of the existing 20 <br />acres. The total acreage would be approximately <br />30+ acres. <br />Councilwoman Johnson Inquired if the property line dispute had been <br />resolved, or is it still pending? <br />Attorney Rautenstraus stated that it has not; <br />but has nothing to do with this particular <br />replat. <br />Councilman Leary Commented - that other parcel of open space, <br />is that in the agreement exempt from our six <br />month agreement that the open space be deeded <br />over. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that it was. <br />He also stated that he would also mention to <br />Mr. Shenk of Homart Development Co. that the <br />time is growing short for the six month agree- <br />ment that all open space would be deeded to <br />the City to make certain it was accomplished. <br />ADOPTION Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded <br />that Resolution No. 28 - Centennial Valley <br />Subdivision Filing #2 Replat be adopted. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION Attorney Rautenstraus requested that after <br />Council Comments an executive session be <br />called to discuss a property acquisition matter. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S Councilmembers had a copy of the bid tabula- <br />REPORT tion and the recommendation was that the bid <br />AWARD OF BID - SEWER JET be awarded to Western States Industries, Ltd. <br />AND BACKHOE in the amount o.f $15,194.60 for the sewer jet. <br />
