Communter <br />routes have been located on arterial <br />streets to allow direct, higher speed access <br />to various parts of the City. Proposed <br />communter links would provide on street <br />bike lanes to include South Boulder Road, <br />McCaslin Blvd., Dillon Road, and South 96th <br />St. <br />
