9/4/84 Page -17- <br />Councilwoman Morris Referred to the height restrictions in the <br />Business Office Zone and stated since it <br />was previously 35' felt that 40' would be <br />more suitable than 50' as stated in the <br />ordinance. <br />Acting City Administrator stated that there <br />was a condition that you get into relative <br />to structural components when a building <br />is 2 or more stories they start putting in <br />elevators and this increases the cost. <br />Elevators are required for 2 stories in an <br />office complex and the developer then figures <br />he may as well go 3-4 stories. <br />Amendment to the Motion Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilwoman John- <br />Heighth to be 40" son seconded that the Ordinance be amended <br />that the maximum heighth'principle use-for <br />the Business Office be 40' rather than 50'. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Vote on the Motion to <br />Publish Ordinance #838 - All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Business Office Zone <br />RDINANCE NO. 843 - WATER Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />~rAP FEE INCREASE Attorney Rautenstraus advised that in view <br />of the tabling of the financial discussions <br />of the Howard Berry Treatment Plant it would <br />be appropriate to table this ordinance. <br />TABLED Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded <br />that Ordinance No. 843 - Water Tap Fee In- <br />crease be tabled. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />BUDGET TRANSFER Councilmembers had a copy of a memo from <br />Director of Community Services Hioco and <br />a letter from McStain Enterprises, Inc. <br />relating to the budget transfer being re- <br />quested. <br />Director of Community Services Hioco stated <br />that McStain Enterprises does not have the <br />money presently to construct the trail from <br />Heritage II to Pine St. which is necessary <br />to allow the children from the Heritage and <br />McStain projects to get to Pine St. and the <br />Elementary School. (He depicted on the wall <br />map the exact location of the trail). The <br />request was to propose a budget transfer <br />o:f $15,000 to be transferred from the City <br />Tree Fund to the Park Construction Fund to <br />
