They returned them on June 25th and indicated that they would be in on or before the 28th,of June with the check. I signed everything for the 28th of June and on the 29th of June we got the letter on the water tap moratorium. We got the money later on that day with the check dated the 28th. As of this date we have not processed anything. Did you qualify Heritage Homes? On the list you have Heritage Homes. We have a discrepency on the Heritage thing that was corrected but didn't get corrected, and Curt's memo says their is a difference. I included 13 permits that I miscount. Heritage Homes has actually 22 homes that they have taken out since January 1st. On the sheet of the following is a list of indivuals who have requested building permits. Heritage Homes has 2 permits and taps. I didn't hear you go thru the same process as you did with the others. They have just requested 2 permits. Have they filled out the application and permits? When did that all occur? Yes. Last week, but I'm not sure what day. I have a question related to the second page of the July 4th letter from Columbine Homes. Specifically I'm trying to ascertain what the impact from this language which is not clear to me which is related to the City's major thoroughfare fund which I presume we are dependant upon,to do the work in that section of South Boulder Road. Is that assumtion correct? That is correct. Could you explain to me exactly what is being said here. On one hand it appears to be a threat on the other hand it appears to be trying to make a straight forward case, based on pure economics. I'll try, but Mr. Brisnehan is here. Would Mr. Brisnehan step back up to the podium? My understanding is that they want to be cooperative but that they need the 39 permits to justify putting all the upfront money in terms of the major thorofare fund. I don't have a copy of the letter. There are two numbers in the letter. One the $382,800 presumed the fact that the 39 taps were issued.
