Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 18, 2004 <br />Page 8 of 11 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1446, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br />ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE PICKETT ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2ua reading - public hearing continued from 4/20/04 <br />(advertised Daily Camera 4/10/04) <br /> <br />City Attorney Light requested the motion include that the annexation ordinance be <br />approved on the condition an annexation agreement be finalized and executed by the City <br />and the property owners prior to finalization of the annexation documents. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Brown moved to approve Ordinance No. 1446, Series <br />2004, with the condition an annexation agreement be finalized and executed by the City <br />and the property owners prior to finalization of the annexation documents, seconded by <br />Council member Levihn. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1447, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE PICKETT <br />ANNEXATION - 2aa reading - public hearing continued from 4/20/04 (advertised <br />Daily Camera 4/10/04) <br /> <br />City Attomey requested the motion include an amendment to change the second clause of <br />the ordinance to read Single Family Low Density zoning (SF-LD), and in Section 1, the <br />third line state Single Family Low Density (SF-LD). <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Brown moved to approve Ordinance No. 1447, Series <br />2004, with the amendment of a Single Family Low Density (SF-LD) zoning, seconded by <br />Council member Levihn Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN <br /> AS THE PICKETT PROPERTY <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk pointed out a blank line on the agreement. He requested the motion include <br />authorization for the Mayor to complete and sign the agreement. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Brown moved to approve the Annexation Agreement for <br />the Pickett Property, and authorize the Mayor to complete and sign the agreement. <br />Council member Levihn seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. The motion <br />passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 30, SERIES 2004 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE <br />CITY'S WATER RATES AND CHARGES WITH RESPECT TO SEPARATE <br />IRRIGATION TAPS USED FOR IRRIGATION OF COMMON AREAS IN <br />DETACHED, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
