Review of "Questions for Board and Commission <br />Applicants" Memo and Discussion: Suggestions were <br />given for modifying the current questions which included <br />adding "public landscape" to question verbage, changing <br />"professional qualifications" to "interests" in the last <br />question, and eliminating the first question all together. <br />Dean will report back to City Clerk, Meredyth Muth. <br />IX. Parks Scorecard Discussion: It was decided the 2016 <br />Parks Scorecard should be used as a baseline for future <br />scoring The parks will be revisited and scored again next <br />year, potentially by an intern. The next Parks Scorecard <br />will include a "Staff" column for assessment. <br />X. Park Days Discussion: This will be moved to a spring <br />meeting to allow for good weather. <br />XI. 2018 CIP Median Renovations/Via Apia Discussion: <br />The board would like to see a conceptual city wide plan <br />for medians. <br />XII. Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Goals for next year, <br />City Council Meeting Planning and Discussion, <br />XIII.
