• 5 = Within current budget <br />A strategy may receive up to 5 points for Funding. <br />Estimated Timeframe for Completion <br />Scale: 1 (longest amount of time) through 4 (shortest amount of time) / Ongoing = +1 <br />• 1 = 24 months+ <br />• 2 = <24 months <br />• 3 = <18 months <br />• 4 = <6 months <br />• +1 = Ongoing <br />A strategy may receive up to 5 points for Timeframe. <br />Key Performance AlignMIN <br />This is a multiplier to weight recommendations in relation to Key Performance Indicator targets. <br />L.= Recommendation does not align with key performance indicators <br />1.1 = Recommendation aligns with at least one key performance indicator <br />1.2 = Recommendation aligns with two or more key performance indicators <br />Prioritization Score <br />The total prioritization score is determined by the following formula: <br />(Funding Score + Timeframe Score) x KPI Alignment = Prioritization Score <br />Domain <br />Additionally, each recommendation is categorized whether it falls under the decision-making authority of the City Council (with budgetary <br />or legislative approval required) or whether it can be handled at an operational level by the City Manager. <br />DRAFT 7 <br />
