Board Updates: Keaton reported on his last team meeting <br />with OSAB member Mike Schantz. Their hope is that the two <br />boards will continue to work together towards common goals. <br />Goals such as: possible locations for future dog parks and/or <br />off lease areas, working towards consistency between the two <br />boards for wayfinding signage and rules/regulations, and <br />discussion for future plans for Lake Park Open Space and <br />Walnut Park. <br />VI. Public comments on Items Not on the Agenda: none. <br />VII. New Member Orientation: New member Laurie Harford was <br />welcomed to the board. New member Ezra Paddock was not <br />present. Ellen thanked outgoing board members, Keaton Howe <br />and Billy O'Donnell for their community service on PPLAB. <br />VIII. Election of Officers: New officers were unanimously approved <br />as follows: Chair: Ellen Toon. Vice -Chair: Mark Newland. Co - <br />Secretaries: Shelly Alm and Diana Gutowski <br />IX. Motion to Approve 2018 Meeting Notice Postings at Library, <br />City Hall, Recreation Center, Police Station and City of <br />Louisville Website: Unanimously approved. <br />X. Distribution of Open Government Pamphlet: All members <br />received copies. <br />Xl. Continued Discussion on 2018 PPLAB Goals and Objectives: <br />Topics that may be discussed in this upcoming year include: <br />landscape standards, median concept plans, parks scorecards, <br />educational programs, project/development review, <br />recommendations for new dog parks, maintenance and <br />prioritization management plan, and CIP recommendations for <br />2019 and beyond. <br />XII. Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Prioritize capital <br />improvement requests and possible van tour of park <br />properties. <br />XIII.
