b) Provide an estimated operational budget (for each of the two <br />conceptual plans) broken down by each operational expense <br />category. <br />5. Host two (2) open houses/public meetings to collect data and obtain feedback <br />from the community, and one meeting with the LRC; incorporate changes to <br />concept plans as directed by the working group. <br />6. Provide a detailed project schedule to complete the Scope of Work. <br />7. Host regularly scheduled monthly meetings with the working group and record <br />and distribute meeting minutes electronically. <br />8. Provide written progress updates for informing the design progress to stake <br />holders and the public. <br />9. Prepare presentation materials, (graphics, charts, electronic presentation <br />materials etc. as needed) and present to the LRC and City Council and other <br />stakeholders as requested. <br />10.Your cost should be all inclusive including two public meetings, one design <br />meeting with the LRC, one formal presentation to the LRC, one formal <br />presentation to the City Council, revenue/expense estimates and other items <br />and issues the consultant believes to be valid considerations. <br />11. Include pricing for additional public meetings on individual basis to collect input <br />from the community. <br />12.Attending a voluntary informational meeting and on-site tour to be hosted by the <br />City on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, 2018 at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx AM/PM at Louisville City <br />Hall to clarify proposal requirements and answer questions. <br />Consultant qualifications must, at a minimum, include the following: <br />Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing successful and <br />innovative solutions to the design and construction of parking structures and the <br />ability to identify, recommend and implement innovative and cost-effective <br />solutions for a modern parking structure. <br />Have the ability to work collaboratively with staff and working group members <br />and to solicit input from the community. <br />Should the LRC determine the project should move forward from the conceptual phase, <br />the LRC, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to amend the existing <br />agreement and or enter into a new agreement with the successful firm, or may elect to <br />use the material provided and issue a new RFP. The LRC reserves the option to award <br />contracts to multiple firms but would prefer to award to a single firm which is able to <br />provide all of the services requested. <br />Section 4.
