Another stipulation is
that all employees who serve alcohol attend a liquor training class provided by
the City of Louisville.

The dates of suspension were not set, but will be served consecutively and
include a Friday or Saturday. Member Kimmett stated that the dates would have
to be served within the next thirty days.

Member Wilson thought the stipulation was severe for a first-time offense.
Member Koertje thought the sentence fit the offense. Mr. Mannion stated that
the incident could have happened even if alcohol was not involved.

Member Sackett moved that the Authority approve the joint Stipulation and
Agreement presented by Prosecuting Attorney Barnett, seconded by Member
Kimmett.

Chairperson Lipton offered a friendly amendment that the three-day suspension
be held in abeyance for a period of six months.
