Min d/b/a Little Tokyo - Beer & Wine Liquor
License- 332 McCasiin Blvd.

Attorney Harrington informed the Authority that this is the second time the
renewal application for Little Tokyo had been before the Authority. The first time
the application went before the Authority was March 2002. At that time the
Authority agreed to renew the application contingent upon obtaining a lease
agreement for the entire period of the license. As of yet, the only thing the
Authority has received is a letter from the landlord stating that they intend to
negotiate a new lease.

Attorney Harrington explained to Byung U. Min, owner of Little Tokyo, that he
was asked to attend this meeting so he could explain the status of his
negotiations regarding the lease and to make sure he was aware of the
seriousness of this matter. Attorney Harrington notified Mr. Min that if his lease
expires, he may need to go through a new application procedure. Mr. Min stated
that he was aware of the situation. He explained that he was in negotiations with
the landlord and will bring in the new lease as soon as it's complete.

Chairperson Lipton informed Mr. Min that if he doesn't produce a new lease
before the next Authority meeting, he would need to attend the meeting to
explain the situation. Authority Secretary Schmidt informed the Authority that
Little Tokyo's liquor license has been invalid for over four months. Attorney
Harrington stated that the liquor license is not invalid. Mr. Min submitted the
application late, but he did submit it before the late renewal deadline.

Mr. Min notified the Authority that he would bring the lease in to Authority
Secretary Schmidt as soon as he receives it.

6
F:\LIQUOR~2002\MINUTES\MINUTES JUNE 02.DOC
