The setback is not dependent whether <br />or not it is adjacent to open space. <br />Stuart then asks that if the setback was not impacted, all the criteria would then be met. <br />Ritchie says that is correct. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Applicant: Stefanie Krenz and Patrick Haines <br />Patrick Haines, 916 W Plum Cir <br />Brian Carlson, 4100 N 119th St, Landscape Designer <br />Carlson goes through each criteria and states why the applicant's variance request <br />meets each one.
