Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1274, SERIES 1997 - APPROVING THE VACATION OF PORTIONS <br />OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT, LOT 1, BLOCK 3, PONDEROSA <br />SUBDMSION - JAMES S. BECKLEY - PROTECTOR CORP. - 2ND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 11/22/97) <br /> <br />Light read by title only Ordinance No. 1274, Series 1997, "An ordinance approving the vacation of <br />portions of a drainage and utility easement within the City of Louisville." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that there were no objections from the applicant on moving <br />forward without representation. <br /> <br />Davidson asked if Council would have any questions of the applicant. <br /> <br />Council did not. <br /> <br />Wood stated that this is for a partial vacation of a drainage and utility easement, Lot 1, Block 3, <br />Ponderosa Subdivision. Staff had verified that them are no drainage or utility improvements in either <br />of the areas described in Exhibit A that are proposed for vacation. To the knowledge of staff, there <br />not currently any utility improvements in the two eight-foot easements on the east and west property <br />line of the subject lot. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1274, Series 1997, on second and final reading, <br />seconded by Mayer. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 50, SERIES 1997 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN LOT 2, <br />BLOCK 6, CTC <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant, James S. Beckley, requested authorization <br />for a 15,000 s.f. light manufacturing and warehouse facility located on Lot 2, Block 6, Colorado <br />Technological Center (CTC), Filing No. 1. The building is proposed to be occupied by the Protector <br />Corporation. All applicable parking and building setbacks were met. The landscape plan exceeded <br />the minimum 25% requirement. Because of the length of what will temporarily be a cul-de-sac for <br />this development, secondary emergency access would be required by the Fire Marshall.
