Helen: Email from Superior Open Space Board inquiring re: interest in meeting <br />with them in 2019. <br />B. David: Notices that Highway 36 bikeway has done a great job of adding signage <br />(materials, useful information). OSAB members should take note and capitalize <br />on the momentum. Also, safety on Coal Creek Trail underpasses is suffering due <br />to lack of lighting. <br />(1) Dillon Road near Golf Course and <br />(2) Under 42 toward Aquarius trailhead. We need good lighting source (may <br />need solar). <br />8. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />9. New Member Introduction <br />Tom Neville, retired family physician. Resident for of Louisville for 4.5 years, excited <br />about the opportunity. Previous experience includes Rail to Trail Conversion in Clinton <br />County, Ohio. Priorities: neighborhood underpass connections. Mentor to Tom: Peter <br />Gowen. <br />10. 2019 Housekeeping. <br />A. Unanimous approval of Agenda Posting Locations <br />B. Distribution of Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet <br />C. Officers: <br />(1) Secretary: Fiona is nominated and unanimously confirmed as Secretary. <br />(2) Chair: Laura is nominated and unanimously confirmed as Chair. <br />(3) Vice -Chair: Peter Gowen is nominated and unanimously confirmed as <br />Vice -Chair. <br />D. Member contact list confirmed. <br />E. Volunteer hours worksheet for 2018 circulated. <br />11. Finalize and Approve 2018 OSAB Accomplishments & OSAB Goals <br />A. Motion to Approve the 2018 Open Space Accomplishments as written by Peter. <br />Missy seconded. Unanimously approved. <br />B. 2019 Open Space Advisory Goals <br />General Business: <br />Subsection 1, Action 1. Rewrite to: Work with PPLAB to develop format for public <br />input on dog facility park siting guidelines. <br />Subsection 1, Action 2. Rephrase to: "transition primary responsibility for dog <br />facility to PPLAB." <br />Subsection 1, Action 3. Retain -Encourage a joint meeting PPLAB/OSAB in 2019. <br />Subsection 1, Action 4. Add "Advise on Open Space Zoning" <br />Subsection 2, Action Item 2. Eliminate. <br />Add Subsection 5. Coordinate joint meeting between Louisville OSAB and <br />Superior OS Board in 2019. <br />Acquisitions: <br />Subsection 2, Action 2. Eliminate <br />
