He does not have a vehicle to haul yard <br />wastes and did not support the proposal. <br />J.R. Ketelsen, 539 W. Laurel Court, Louisville, CCU supported the proposal and <br />stated it is a step in the right direction for athrow-as-you-go single trash hauler <br />program. <br />Hale Landis, 2572 Evans Avenue, Louisville, CO was concerned businesses and <br />HOA's were not included. He noted dumpsters for home remodels were not <br />addressed. He stated the City is trying to fix a problem that does not exist. He <br />felt it inappropriate to turn off water for non-payment of trash service. <br />Steve Kovalski, 2593 Franklin Avenue, Louisville, CO opposed the proposal and <br />stated it takes away the residents' freedom of choice. <br />R.J. Harrington, 457 E. Raintree Court, Louisville, CO stated there are many <br />positive aspects to the proposal and the contract. He thanked Council for taking <br />the time to evaluate the program. <br />Deanna L. Green, 2561 Evans Avenue, Louisville objected to the proposal. She <br />stated government should not enter into the homeowners' business negotiations. <br />She felt the plan takes away her freedom of choice. She did not support liens. <br />Mayor Sisk suggested there would be no liens on resident's property. <br />Eva Kosinski, 1301 Jackson Court, Louisville, CO stated the Council's intentions <br />were well meant, however due to the present statE: of the economy, there is no <br />longer any market for recyclables. <br />Richard Miller, 1230 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO stated the City is creating a <br />monopoly, driving the price up and taking away the residents freedom of choice. <br />Michelle Smith, 389 Juniper Street, Louisville, CO supported recycling and the <br />City's single trash hauler proposal. She urged Council to go forward. <br />Mark Persichetti, 1402 Taft Place, Louisville, CO, Louisville Resource <br />Conservation Advisory Board (LRCAB) member, stated the Board fully supports <br />the proposal. He felt the plan provides the best prrogram for the citizens. <br />Brent Wilson, 1955 Sunnyside Circle, Louisville, C;O voiced his concern over the <br />yard waste disposal, and preferred it not go to the landfill. Overall, he supported <br />the City's proposal. <br />
