• <br /> speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour shall not be considered <br /> careful and prudent driving. <br /> Section 10. PERSONS NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE. <br /> (a) No person under the age of fifteen (15) years shall drive or <br /> operate any motor vehicle upon the streets of the Town of Louis- <br /> , ville, nor shall any owner or any person having in his charge or <br /> control any motor vehicle knowingly permit any person under such <br /> age to operate or drive=same therein or thereon. <br /> (b ) No person while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or <br /> any alcoholic drink or any narcotic or exhilirating drug, shall <br /> drive any kind of vehicle on the street , alleys or other public <br /> places of the Town of Louisville. <br /> Section 11. RIGHT OF WAY. <br /> Vehicles of the Fire Department and of physicians and surgeons <br /> in vehicles suitably designated, when on emergency calls, shall <br /> have the right of way on any street and through any procession. <br /> On the approach of any fire apparatus , responding to a call and <br /> sounding the bell or other warning device , the driver of any ve- <br /> hicle shall immediately drive close to the right hand side of <br /> the street and stop. <br /> Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection of a st- <br /> reet shall grant the right of way at such intersection to any <br /> vehicle approaching from the right. <br /> Section 12. OBSTRUCTION. <br /> No vehicle shall be allowed to remain upon or be driven so as to <br /> willfully blockade or obstruct any street , and no vehicle shall <br /> be so overloaded that the horse or horses or motor power shall <br /> be unable to move it readily. <br /> Section 13. MOVING VEHICLES. <br /> All moving vehicles shall be driven in a single file except when <br /> passing another and shall keep to the right of the center of the <br /> street. - A vehicle meeting another vehicle shall pass to the <br /> right. A vehicle overtaking another vehicle shall. pass to the <br /> left and shall not pull over to the right until, entirely clear <br /> of the overtaken vehicle and sufficiently ahead to insure ag- <br /> ainst collision. <br /> Section 14. TURNING TO RIGHT. <br /> Any vehicle turning into. another street .to the right shall turn <br /> the corner as near the right hand curb as practicable. <br /> Section 15. TURNING TO THE LEFT. <br /> Any vehicle turning into another street to the left shall pass <br /> to the right of and beyond the center of the street intersection <br /> before turning and the same course shall be followed in all cases <br /> where traffic signs or signals are erected, whether same be tem- <br /> porary or permanent and whether same be in the center of the in- <br /> tersection or not. <br />
