Discussion followed with regard to employees of Druid Arms receiving liquor training as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />Discussion/Direction - Corporate Report of Changes - Double Happy Inc., d/b/a Double <br />Happy Restaurant - 740 Main Street. <br /> <br />Discussion/Direction - Corporate Report Changes - White Lodging Services Corporation <br />dgo/a Courtyard by Marriott Louisville - 948 W. Dillon Road. <br /> <br />The Authority, reviewed the Corporate Report Changes for Double Happy Inc., d/b/a Double Happy <br />Restaurant - 740 Main Street and White Lodging Services Corporation d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott <br />Louisville - 948 W. Dillon Road, and will pass the report on to the State. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />A. Disturbance at Henry's Bar & Grill. <br /> <br />A disturbance occurred at Henry's Bar & Grill on July 13, 1998, allegedly involving the serving an <br />intoxicated person. The bartender was charged in the municipal court with serving an intoxicated <br />person. Chairperson Jeffers and the members of the Authority voiced there concern about the lack of <br />training of the new bartender. There was considerable discussion relative to this matter and the <br />consensus was to set a show cause hearing for Monday, October 26, 1998. <br /> <br />Attorney Light stated that local Attorney Steve Barnett has assisted the Authority before and asked for a <br />motion authorizing his appointment to serve as counsel for the City. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
