McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />The Corporate Report of Changes for Conoco-Services, Inc., d/b/a Conoco was reviewed and will be <br />forwarded to the State. <br /> <br />Designate Boundaries, Set Public Hearing on New Liquor License Application - <br />Thrifty Payless, Inc., dfo/a Rite Aid #6204 Louisville, 3.2% Beer (OffPremises) <br />Liquor License, 525 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />No Report. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />The Secretary reported that the Louisville/Lafayette joint liquor training classes were conducted in. <br />Louisville on Sunday, October 25, 1998 with 23 participants. Liquor Code Officer, Gordon Walker <br />conducted the sessions. A second session is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 1998 from 5:00 to 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The Secretary was contacted by Monica Peters, Manager of the Barnstore Pitstop in Louisville. Ms. <br />Peters stated that the Silco Corporation provides liquor code training of its employees. It consist ora <br />video, followed by a written testing, and all employees were required to participate in this program. Ms. <br />Peters inquired if evidence of their own training and testing were provided to the City, would this meet <br />the training requirements. <br /> <br />Kimmett noted that he was aware if of this program and felt that it had merit. The consensus of the <br />Authority Board was that the training provided by Silco, Inc., for its employees, would meet the <br />necessary requirements. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
