have been provided to each Authority member. The application is complete, and fingerprint reports are <br />already on file with the state. Public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance <br />with state law. The Secretary stated she was not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to <br />deny the application. <br /> <br />The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries <br />of the City of Louisville. Chairperson Jeffery asked if anyone present objected to the boundaries of the <br />neighborhood being the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Being none, the Authority <br />proceeded with the public hearing. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers move that the complete application as contained in the Authority packet be made a <br />part of the record of the hearing. Evans seconded the motion. All were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Patrick O'Roarke, attorney for the applicant presented the Mr. Rex Boatright, who will be the <br />manager of Carrabba's Italilan Grill. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatright, 10201 S. Knolls Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO, was sworn in. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Roarke and Mr. Boatright, and presented the application for Carrabba's Italian Grill, <br />Inc./Colorado-I Limited Partnership d/b/a Carrabba's Italian Grill. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Roarke asked Mr. Boatfight his connection to Carrabba's Italian Grill. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatfight stated that he is ~the area manager for the Carrabba's Italian Grill in the state of Colorado, <br />and he will be in charge of the restaurant in Louisville. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Roarke asked what the ownership of the Carrabba's Italian Grill in Louisville. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatright stated that it would be Carrabba's Italian Grill, Inc., which is a subsidiary of Outback <br />Steakhouse, owns 81%, Restaurant Management Group Inc. owns 9%, and Mr. Boatright, as manager <br />will own 9%. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Roarke asked what was Restaurant Management Group Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatfight stated that Restaurant Management Group Inc. is a sole corporation that he owns, in a <br />joint venture arrangement with Outback Steakhouse group. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Roarke asked if Mr. Boatright has any preVious restaurant experience. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatright stated that he had 25 years restaurant management experience, with the last 8 years, <br />being of multi-unit divisions. Prior to that he worked 5 years with Steak & Ale Restaurant, 7 years with <br />Chili's Restaurants, and most recently, 3~ years with Carrabba's Italian Grill. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Roarke asked Mr. Boatright if any restaurant that he was associated with had a liquor license <br />suspended or revoked. <br /> <br />Mr. Boatright answered no. <br /> <br /> <br />
