on March 30, 1998, suspended the license for five days, with two days being served and three days held <br />in abeyance for a period of one calendar year. The term of the stipulation ended on March 30, 1999. <br />Attorney Kelley asked Mr. Joss for clarification of the Stipulation and Agreement in question. She asked <br />with regards to the July 17, 1999 incident, if the licensee is admitting the allegations set forth in the Show <br />Cause Order. <br /> <br />Mr. Berenato stated that the licensee is admitting to the allegations set forth in the Show Cause Order. <br /> <br />Kimmett asked the licensee to outline what steps he will take, as far as training, to safeguard that this will <br />not happen in the future. <br /> <br />Mr. James Hayden, 217 So. Cleveland Avenue, Louisville, Colorado was sworn in. <br />Mr. Hayden stated that they are conducting more training sessions and regular meeting than in the past. <br />He said he would welcome any Authority suggestions. <br /> <br />Kimmett asked if his staff routinely keeps track of the amount of alcohol consumed by anyone party or <br />individual. <br /> <br />Mr. Hayden stated that they try to keep close tabs on patrons and prior to shift change, update incoming <br />staff`on the status of patrons drinking in the bar. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers asked Mr. Berenato if the licensee would agree to a modification of the stipulation. <br />He proposed the licensee serve three days and permit the Authority to hold the four days in abeyance for <br />a period of 18 months instead of 12 months. <br /> <br />After a brief conference with his client, Mr. Berenato stated that the licensee would agree to serve four <br />days of suspension with three days to be held for a period of one calendar year, from the date of the <br />signed Stipulation and Agreement. <br /> <br />Corporate Report of Changes - American Legion Waker Rhoades Post No. 0111 - Club <br />License - 1150 Pine Street proceeding brought against Bart's Restaurant. <br /> <br />These changes have been filed with the State Liquor Enforcement Division.
