Mr. Boatright stated that Carrabba's would work with the Authority <br />to resolve this issue. He would suggest to Carrabba's the installation a decorative wrought iron fence or <br />gate around the covered patio. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />A. Incident at Pine Street Junction <br /> <br />Sergeant Jerry Riggins reviewed a police report, which dealt with an incident at the Pine Street Junction <br />Restaurant on September 26, 1999. Pine Street Junction Restaurant hosted a Motorcycle Rally to <br />support the Bal Swan Children's charity. The ride began in Broomfield at the Bal Swan facility and ended <br />at the Pine Street Junction Restaurant. There were over 100 members representing several different <br />motorcycle gangs. The Louisville Police Officers dispatched nine officers to maintain the peace, be <br />observant of alcohol violations, weapons and other illegal violations. The report noted that several <br />arrests could have been made for prohibited weapons, concealed weapons and alcohol violations. It also <br />noted that multiple persons were visibly intoxicated. The licensee voluntarily shut the bar down at 5:00 <br />p.m. The establishment was not cited for any alcohol violations. <br /> <br />The Authority will review this matter at the next regular meeting, December 27, 1999. <br /> <br />Fe <br /> <br />New Liquor License Application - Spice China, Inc., d/b/a Spice China - Hotel & <br />Restaurant license - 269 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />An application for a Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License was submitted by Spice China Inc., d/b/a Spice <br />China, 269 McCaslin Blvd. Authority action was required to establish the boundaries of the <br />neighborhood and to set a public hearing date for the Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License. <br /> <br />Report of Changes - Change of Corporate Members - Albertson's Inc., d/b/a Albertson's <br />Food Center #812 - 3.2 Percent Beer License (OffPremises) - 910 West Cherry Street. <br /> <br />With regards to the Change of Corporate Structure of Alberstsons, Inc., d/b/a Albertson's Food Center <br />Center #812, the merger of Albertsons, Inc. and American Stores resulted in no stockholders owning <br />10% or more of company stock. The State Master File, including individual History Records and <br />fingerprint cards was updated, and a copy submitted for the Authority's review. <br /> <br />H.
