Mr. Cheng Ku of C.K. Architects introduced himself to Authority members as the representative
for Cheng's Garden.

Jeffers asked Mr. Ku to explain several aspects contained in the revised drawings. The first
question was as to the intended use of the new area where the restrooms were previously located.
Mr. Ku stated the new area would be used for the buffet.

The second question was the intended use of a new room located in the southwest comer of the
building next to the bar and the security of a door leading outside between the new bathrooms and
the new room. Mr. Ku stated that the new room would be used as a banquet room for private
parties and that the door leading outside would be an emergency exit door with an installed alarm.

Lipton clarified and Mr. Ku confirmed that the emergency exit door could not be entered from the
outside.

Chairperson Myers asked Mr. Ku if the new banquet room would be fully enclosed. Mr. Ku
stated that it would be.

Jeffers asked Mr. Ku what the dotted outline shown outside the building walls represented. Mr.
Ku stated that this was the designation for the roof.

The members having no more questions of the applicant thanked Mr. Ku for appearing and asked
for a motion.

Transfer of Ownership Liquor License Application - Pasquini' s Pizzeria, d/b/a Pasquini' s
Louisville, Inc., Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License - 816 Main Street.

Chairperson Myers opened by requesting the applicant's name and address for the record.

Mr. Antonio Pasquini introduced himself as the new owner of the property at 816 Main Street
formerly known as Colacci's and president of Pasquini's Louisville, Inc.

Member Jeffers requested that Mr. Pasquini amend and resubmit the lease agreement as Section
19, Use of Premises, indicates the leased premises will be used as an art gallery. Mr. Pasquini
apologized for the oversight and indicated that the lease agreement would be reviewed, corrected
and resubmitted.

Chairperson Myers stated that the diagram represented the inclusion of a patio area in back of the
restaurant and asked if this area was intended to be used by the applicant. Mr. Pasquini stated
that it was his intention to utilize this area.

3
