served and five (5) days held in abeyance. <br /> <br />Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: June 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Sergeant Riggins suggested a liquor inspection by the Louisville Police Department for which <br />attendance by all employees of Henry's Bar & Grill would be required. He felt this would be a <br />gesture of encouragement and possible means of preventing any future violations. Boulder Road. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers stated to the Authority that Holly & Mike's Ribs, Inc. contacted Authority <br />Secretary Varra on this date and requested a continuance of the public hearing by the Local <br />Licensing Authority. <br /> <br />As a matter of procedure, Chairperson Myers opened the public hearing for Holly & Mike' s Ribs <br />Inc., d/b/a Hickory Sticks Smokehouse & Grill and noted for the record that there was no one <br />present at the hearing. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers Closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Attorney Kelly noted for the Authority and Staff several housekeeping items that need to be <br />addressed prior to the public hearing July 31, 2000. One item is the individual history record <br />submitted by Holly Ortiz that indicates she has never been convicted of a crime or given a <br />deferred sentence, however the report from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation indicates she <br />was arrested in December 1999. Attorney Kelly asked Deputy City Clerk Bolte about internal <br />procedures relative to the individual history records and reports. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
