Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 12, 2015 <br />Page 3 of 41 <br />None. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Robert Van Pelt, RVP Architecture, 3223 Arapahoe Avenue, Suite 220, Boulder, CO <br />Since this is a reinstatement, I do not have a presentation. <br />Commission Questions of Applicant: <br />Moline asks if this building will be constructed within the time frame this time? <br />Van Pelt says, in talking with the owner, he is probably going to make a decision in the next few <br />months. <br />Rice says Staff had recommended that the applicant provide a sidewalk connection with the <br />existing sidewalk along South 104th Avenue. Do you accept that? It wasn't a condition but it <br />was a recommendation. It is located on Page 5 of Staff's report. <br />Van Pelt says yes. <br />Robinson says this can be added as another condition. <br />Public Comment: <br />None. <br />Summary and request by Staff and Applicant: <br />Staff recommends approval of The Allen Company PUD Extension: Resolution 34, Series <br />2015. A resolution recommending the reinstatement of a final planned unit development (PUD) <br />plan which expired in September 6, 2014. The PUD is for the development of 19.73 acres with <br />two (2) buildings (313,290 SF of building area), with the following condition: <br />1. The applicant shall comply with the November 4, 2015 Public Works memo prior to <br />recordation. <br />2. The applicant shall provide a sidewalk connection from the existing sidewalk along <br />South 104th Avenue onto the property. <br />Closed Public Hearing and discussion by Commission: <br />Tengler in support of reinstatement. Moline in support. Brauneis in support. O'Connell in <br />support. Rice in support. Russell in support. Pritchard in support. <br />Motion made by Brauneis to approve Resolution No.34, Series 2015 with two conditions, <br />seconded by Russell.
