Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: October 30, 2000 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Mr. Khan stated his name, Zuned Ahmed Khan, 2611 W. 1 l0th Avenue, Westminster, CO. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked Mr. Khan if he understood the terms of the proposed agreement. Mr. Khan <br />stated he understood the terms stated by Attorney Joss and that his license would be cancelled until the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers stated to Mr. Khan that his license would not be cancelled, rather suspended until <br />the November 27, 2000 meeting. He asked if Mr. Khan understood that he could not sell or serve <br />alcoholic beverages during that time. Mr. Khan stated that he understood he would have until <br />November 27, 2000 to submit the paperwork necessary for the transfer of the liquor license and that, <br />until that meeting, his license would be cancelled and he would not be able to sell alcoholic beverages. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers again stated to Mr. Khan that his liquor license would be.suspended, not cancelled, <br />and asked Mr. Khan if he understood. Mr. Khan stated he understood his license would be suspended <br />and not cancelled. <br /> <br />Member Kimmett asked for clarification on the timing of the suspension and receiving the written <br />agreement. Authority Attorney Kelly stated that a draft of the proposed Stipulation and Agreement <br />would be forwarded to Special Prosecutor Joss to review the terms with the licensee. Once the licensee <br />has signed the agreement, it would be forwarded to Chairperson Myers for his signature and served back <br />to the licensee. <br /> <br />Member Kimmett re-stated his motion to approve the proposed Stipulation and Agreement. Member <br />Jeffers seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Jeffers - yes, Evans - yes, Lipton - yes, Myers - yes, <br />Kimmett - yes. All members were in favor, the motion carried. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Public Hearing - New License Application - Tokyo, Inc., d/b/a Tokyo Joe's - Hotel & <br />Restaurant Liquor License - 1116 W. Dillon Road, Suite C2-5. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers opened the public heating on the application for a Hotel and Restaurant liquor <br />license at 1116 W. Dillon Road, Suite C2-5, Louisville, Colorado, under the business name of Tokyo <br />Joe' s. <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the application is for a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license, that <br />copies of the entire application have been provided to each Authority member and that the application is <br />complete. She continued that fingerprint reports are already on file with the state, that public notice of <br />this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law, and that she was not aware of <br />any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked if there were any Authority member disclosures. Hearing none, he continued <br />that the Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville. Chairperson Myers asked if there was anyone present to object to <br />the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Hearing <br />none, he stated that the Authority would proceed with the public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />
