NONE Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. Sisk asked Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, if Centennial Valley would be subject to the Standards. Gfiffiths stated that they are not exempt entirely from the ordinance. They are subject to portions of the ordinance. In the past she identified various portions of the ordinance to which they would be subject. Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1242, Series 1996, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines as amended, including all of the amendments contained in Council's packet after item B, on second and final reading, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent. TIMES 6/7/97) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1259, Series 1997, "An ordinance approving the conveyance of those portions of Tract C, Hillsborough West Subdivision Filing No. 1 which are located within Lots 1 - 3, Ridgeview Estates Subdivision." Davidson opened the public hearing and called for staff's presentation. Paul Wood, Planning Director, had no further presentation. Davidson called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1259.
