SUBJECT: COVID-19 CITY REOPENING AND RECOVERY <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 23, 2021 PAGE 9 OF 14 <br />Homebound delivery continues. <br />Anticipated hours will be: <br />Monday — 1:00pm-5:00pm Curbside <br />Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 11:00am-7:00pm <br />Friday — 11:00am — 5:00pm <br />Sunday — 1:00pm-5:00pm <br />Some programming will also be restored: <br />• Virtual programming continues <br />• Take and Make craft projects continue <br />• Select programming will be done outside (on the Plaza and at Steinbaugh Pavilion) <br />o Summer Reading Program Celebration in early June <br />o Weekly Storytime in the Park (or at Steinbaugh Pavilion) <br />Staff is still exploring options for safe indoor programming <br />o Limited attendance <br />o Limited program time <br />Louisville Historical Museum: <br />The Museum will be open regular hours for drop -in tours starting in late May. <br />• Occupancy limits will be in place based upon current dial capacities and staff will <br />monitor those limits. <br />Walking tours will resume at regular intervals. <br />There will be no large events until late summer. <br />Parks and Pavilion Rentals: <br />Park Shelter/Pavilion rentals — <br />Park Pavilions will be available for rent beginning May 1st, with rental reservations taken <br />starting March 15t" <br />Hours of Service/Rental: <br />• Park Pavilions will be available for rent during normal park hours, 6am to 10pm. <br />• Individual groups will be able to reserve/rent park pavilions for small gatherings. <br />• Groups will be limited to 10 people, from no more than two households per state <br />health guidelines. <br />• All participants will be required to follow current public health guidance as of the <br />date of their rental. <br />Park rentals — <br />Community Park, Memory Square, Annette Brand, and Cottonwood Park will be available <br />for commercial rentals beginning May 1st, with rental reservations taken starting March <br />15t" <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />10 <br />
