Smoking Lounges may operate at 50% of the posted occupancy limit, not <br />to exceed 25 people, whichever is less. <br />j. Repealed. <br />k. Indoor Events may be conducted at 50% of the posted occupancy limit <br />not to exceed 175 people, whichever is less, per room excluding staff. If <br />the event is a seated event as described in Appendix I, the Distancing <br />Space Calculator may be used to expand to no more than 225 patrons <br />indoors per room, excluding staff, within their usable space. <br />1. Outdoor Events may operate at 50% of the posted occupancy limit not to <br />exceed 250 people per designated activity or area. <br />M. Recreation, including Gyms, recreation centers and indoor pools and <br />outdoor recreation facilities, may open at 50% capacity, not to exceed 175 <br />people, whichever is less, excluding staff per room indoors or per activity <br />or area outdoors. <br />n. Organized recreational youth or adult league sports may resume <br />activities with no more than 50 players, excluding coaching staff and <br />referees or umpires. <br />o. Outdoor Guided Activities may be conducted at 50% capacity not to <br />exceed 25 people, whichever is less. <br />P. Children's Day Camps, Residential Camps, Youth Sports Day Camps <br />and Exempt Single Skill -Building Youth Camps may be conducted with <br />no more than 25 participants indoors and 50 participants outdoors. <br />q. Casinos may operate using the same capacity requirements as Indoor <br />Events, 50% of the posted occupancy limit not to exceed 175 people per <br />room, whichever is less, excluding staff. <br />r. Critical Businesses and Critical Government Functions may continue <br />to operate without capacity limitations, except that Critical Retail must <br />adhere to 50% of the posted occupancy limit, but must follow the <br />requirements in Section III.B and C of this Order. <br />D. LEVEL YELLOW: CONCERN. <br />1. The metrics for Level Yellow are as follows: <br />a. New COVID-19 cases are at an incidence of no greater than 300 per <br />100,000 in a one week period, or for counties with less than 30,000 <br />population a comparable case count based on the county's population; <br />b. The percent of positive test results over a rolling 7 day average is no <br />greater than 7.5%; and <br />E <br />24 <br />
