Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-36 COVID-19 Dial <br />February 12, 2021 <br />Distancing Space Calculator to expand to no more than 150 patrons <br />indoors per room, excluding staff, within their usable space. If the event is <br />a seated event as described in Appendix I, the usable space may be <br />calculated using 6 feet distancing between non -household contacts instead <br />of using the calculator. <br />1. Outdoor Events may operate at 50% of the posted occupancy limit not to <br />exceed 175 people, whichever is less, within their usable space calculated <br />using the Distancing Space Calculator, excluding staff, per designated <br />activity or area. If the event is a seated event as described in Appendix I, <br />the usable space may be calculated using 6 feet distancing between <br />non -household contacts instead of using the calculator.. <br />M. Recreation, including Gyms, recreation centers and indoor pools and <br />outdoor recreation facilities and activities, may operate at 50% capacity, <br />not to exceed 50 patrons, whichever is less, per room indoors or per <br />activity or area outdoors. Establishments larger than 7,200 square feet may <br />use the Distancing Space Calculator to expand to no more than 100 <br />patrons indoors per room, excluding staff, within their usable space. <br />n. Organized recreational youth or adult league sports may resume <br />activities with no more than 25 players, excluding coaching staff and <br />referees or umpires. <br />o. Outdoor Guided Activities may be conducted at 50% capacity not to <br />exceed 10 people, whichever is less. <br />P. Children's Day Camps, Residential Camps, Youth Sports Day Camps <br />and Exempt Single Skill -Building Youth Camps may be conducted with <br />no more than 10 participants indoors and 25 participants outdoors. <br />q. Casinos may operate using the same capacity requirements as Indoor <br />Events, 50% of the posted occupancy limit not to exceed 50 people, <br />whichever is less, per room excluding staff within their usable space. <br />Establishments larger than 7,200 square feet may use the Distancing Space <br />Calculator to expand to no more than 100 patrons indoors per room, <br />excluding staff, within their usable space. If the event is a seated event as <br />described in Appendix I, the usable space may be calculated using 6 feet <br />distancing between non -household contacts instead of using the calculator. <br />r. Critical Businesses and Critical Government Functions may continue <br />to operate without capacity limitations, except that Critical Retail must <br />adhere to 50% of the posted occupancy limit, but must follow the <br />requirements in Section III.B and C of this Order. <br />E.
