(Email Review, Co - Chair Approval) • Revise report based on task force feedback. 1.8 Submit Final EDI • Submit final report to City $0 November 2021 Stakeholder Report Council to City Council PHASE 1 $62,500 TOTAL COST: PROJECT STATUS, COMMUNICATION AND EXPECTATIONS GRAVES CIVIC SOLUTIONS will: • Attend regular meetings with the EDI Task Force once a month • Assist the EDI Task Force in updating the Louisville City Council every month until project completion • Deliver a completed report on community stakeholder feedback by November 2021 • Reply to all communications within 48 hours • Keep any sensitive information confidential The City of Louisville, Louisville EDI Task Force and Louisville City Staff will: • Provide payment to GRAVES CIVIC SOLUTIONS within 15 days of being invoiced • Reply to all communications within 48 hours • Provide GRAVES CIVIC SOLUTIONS any requested information or access to persons required to complete the project TERMS The initiation of this proposal will begin upon the execution of a contract between GRAVES CIVIC SOLUTIONS and the CITY OF LOUISVILLE memorializing this proposal (or select phases of this proposal) and the negotiated compensation for the consulting engagement. Compensation will be paid in four (4) installments with a 25% deposit due upon execution of the contract and paid within 15 days of the City of Louisville being invoiced. The remaining three (3) payments will be made at mutually agreed upon milestones culminating in full payment at the completion of all agreed upon phases of the consulting engagement on December 31, 2021. The estimated completion date for Phase 1 and 2 of the consulting agreement for the EDI work will be on or before December 31, 2021. In addition to the negotiated compensation for this consulting engagement, the CITY OF LOUISVILLE also agrees to re-imburse all pre -approved out of pocket expenses that may include administrative expenses, supplies, and client lunches to gather information for the development of the Louisville equity planning process. Per the outline of deliverables above, the CITY OF LOUISVILLE will also approve any additional stakeholder interviews beyond those previously agreed upon at a billable rate of $473/hour that will include all agenda setting, interview prep, documentation collection and reporting for CITY OF LOUISVILLE. © GRAVES CIVIC SOLUTIONS 2021.
