Russell and Tengler abstained. <br /> <br />'" February 14, 2008 (meeting summary) <br />Lipton noted the February 14 meeting was not a formal meeting, the notes reflect summary <br />comments only, and therefore a motion is not needed to approve the summary. <br /> <br />2008 Meeting Dates and Time: <br />Staff reviewed the 2008 meeting dates and requested the Commissioners notify staff when they <br />are unable to attend a meeting. <br /> <br />Election of Officers: <br />Lipton reviewed the memo regarding Election of Officers and requested discussion by the <br />Commissioners. Consensus was the current officers (Lipton - chair; Loo - secretary; and <br />Pritchard - vice-chair) should remain as the 2008 elected officers. Hartman moved and Russell <br />seconded a motion to retain the same officers.
