One final <br />question is: what is an affordable cost of one of these homes. She does not support the <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Tengler stated he lives in the Treehaven Subdivision. He thanked those that came to <br />speak, either for or against. He is more concerned with the transition then the size of the <br />lot. He stated his support for the subdivision. <br /> <br />Lipton stated he took a close view of the neighborhood. He feels that this area has a <br />different character then the other areas of Old Town and by subdividing it creates a <br />change to the neighborhood.
