Board agreed that the scoring number will be the starting point; the comments will drive <br />the goal of group discussion and highlighting parks in need of resources for <br />improvement/maintenance. <br />g. Nathan had an idea to add a column with emojis — smiling face, frown, neutral, to <br />indicate general feeling of park and how it made the scorer feel. Nathan encouraged the <br />use of photos to document notes. <br />h. Ellen asked how we should use the scorecard. Dean said that PPLAB can manipulate the <br />spreadsheet to include only scorer's own parks. <br />i. Ellen asked when scorers should get started. Dean said that scorers may begin at any <br />time; we will re -convene in August to review progress. Dean is looking forward to <br />discussion once scoring and comments are complete. <br />9.
