Allan Gill Staff Updates <br />DAVIDSON MESA CRUSHER FINES TRAIL RESURFACING PRJOECT <br />Project Update October 4, 2021 <br />• The project was formally posted September 14th in the Daily Camera and on the Rocky <br />Mountain E-Purchasing System. <br />• The project consists of resurfacing 3.3 miles of crusher fines trails to a consistent width of 10.5' <br />and 0.3 miles of crusher fines trail that was initially constructed at 4' wide and increasing the <br />width to a consistent 8' wide. <br />• Drainage improvements are also included in the project to reduce ponding and runoff issues <br />while improving the trail user's experience. <br />• Bids are currently due Wednesday October 6t" but due to numerous questions from bidders an <br />addendum has been prepared which reschedules the bid due date to October 181n <br />• With addendum 1 the anticipated final project completion date has also changed from January <br />31, 2022 to February 15, 2022. <br />11 <br />
