Councilwoman Morris moved, <br />Councilman Leary seconded to amend the motion <br />to set a public hearing on second reading <br />of Ordinance #811 on December 6, 1983 <br />Question called for on the amendment. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0. <br /> <br />Question called for on publication of Ordin- <br />ance #811. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously 5-0. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br />and the request was for publication. <br /> <br />Requested some discussion about the meaning <br />of the street improvement fund and the ex- <br />penses of the building department. <br />Administrato'lT Wurl advised that the street <br />improvement has been in existence before <br />and what we have added to it is part of the <br />money derived from the Service Expansion <br />Fund and the I mill levy which Council approved <br />a t budget: time. <br />
