Councilwoman Morris 11/3/83 Page -8- Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that Ordinance #808 - Louisville Associates Rezoning be published and the public hearing be set for December 6, 1983. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary seconded that Ordinance #810 - Salary and Job Classification be published. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously 5-0. Councilman Ferrera moved, Mayor Meier seconded that Ordinance #811 - Water Tap Fee Increase be published. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary seconded to amend the motion to set a public hearing on second reading of Ordinance #811 on December 6, 1983 Question called for on the amendment. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0. Question called for on publication of Ordin- ance #811. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously 5-0. Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only and the request was for publication. Requested some discussion about the meaning of the street improvement fund and the ex- penses of the building department. Administrato'lT Wurl advised that the street improvement has been in existence before and what we have added to it is part of the money derived from the Service Expansion Fund and the I mill levy which Council approved a t budget: time.
