FINAL PAY ESTIMATE COlfMUNITY BUILDING APPROVAL Councilman Cussen Councilman Fauson VOTE ON TRE MOTION SABELL'S INC. - CHANGE ORDER #2 - FENCE PROVAL AUDIENCE COHMENTS CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT ORDINANCE #800 - WASTEWATER TAP INCREASE - 2ND READING ADOPTION 7/5/83 Page -5- Councilmembers had a copy of the pay estimate and recommendation from Director Rioco that it be approved. Councilman Cummings moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the final pay estimate to Jicinsky Construction Co. on the Community Building in the amount of $4,975.00 be approved. Commented that the Community Building looked fantastic and complimented Director Rioco. Commented that a lot of the senior citizens informed him that they noticed a big difference in the air-conditioning and appreciated it very much. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the change order as well as recommendation from Director Rioco requesting approval. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that Change Order #2 to Sabell's Inc. in the amount of $475.00 be approved. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. None. Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only on second reading and certified proper pub- lication. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that Ordinance #800 - Wastewater Tap Increase be adopted. Roll call vote: Cummings Yes Morris Yes Fauson Yes Cussen Yes Meier Yes Leary Yes Motion carried unanimously.
