MOTION THAT MR. CARANCI
GO BACK TO THE PLANNING

STORER CABLE TV

~RANSPORTATION PLAN

1/18/83

Page -25-

It was his feeling that the remaining things
that had to be done were engineering problems;
not necessarily Planning Commission problems.
If the entire layout of the streets and the
number of units had been changed drastically
and/or the topography of the land changed
drastically the:n he would feel the proj ect
would have to be reviewed by the Planning
Commission. He would not wish the issue
to come before council again until the
engineering problems have been resolved, as
well as the problem with the Fire Dept.
access; but personally did not feel it
would warrant going back to the Planning
Commission.

COMMISSION
Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera
seconded that Mr. Vic Caranci bring the
Ponderosa project back to the Planning Com-
mission, get their recommendation and then
bring it back to Council.
